Bihar Museum

Bihar Museum was envisioned as a world-class cultural institution showcasing one of the richest collections of Indian art and heritage. Through its permanent collections, the museum brings alive the history, legacy, and layered antiquity of the region now known as Bihar, ensuring that its past remains visible, relevant, and deeply felt in the present.

Kingsmen’s Scope of Work
Bihar Museum was Kingsmen India’s first major museum project and involved the complete fit-out and execution of two key galleries: the Children’s Gallery and the Orientation Gallery. Kingsmen’s scope included historical research and analysis, exhibit fabrication, audio-visual integration, AV and film content development, graphic development, specialised lighting, general contracting, and on-site execution. A dedicated workshop was also set up in Patna to support fabrication and installation, along with coordination between multiple agencies and international suppliers.

Bringing the Experience to Life
Kingsmen brought the museum experience to life through immersive exhibits, engaging storytelling, interactive displays, curated graphics, specialised lighting, and complete audio-visual experiences. From locally fabricated installations to internationally sourced materials, every element was crafted to create a world-class museum environment that made Bihar’s history accessible, engaging, and memorable for visitors of all ages.
