The primary responsibility of a retail quality assurance job holder is to assist in the retail outlet success by executing quality assurance programs in the areas of cleanliness, safety, store conditions, sanitation etc.
It is the duty of a QA executive to see that the store meets all regulatory guidelines laid down for retail store operations.
The job involves ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
Other important duties include maintaining product quality, nurturing effective relationships with raw material suppliers, production department and outside vendors to ensure product quality, and developing strategic improvement programs.
